I liked the fact that I was able to trust her as I have seen benefits of the treatment. She knows what she is doing and I never got to feel that she was only interested in having me on as a permanent patient, but rather was keen on my improvement as she suggested exercises I could do at home. She has been very forthcoming in her suggestions, going over and beyond her duties within her working hours as she was so kind and made herself available late at night when I was in pain.

I went to Proformance with a very bad muscle spasm in my lower back due my mistake in the gym. The spasm was of such kind that I was finding it very traumatic to take any step or make any movement.
