The doctor is great and very understanding. However, the reception staff needs to be more aware about the appointment timings and inform patients if there’s a delay.

Inspite of booking at11 the room for sonography was not accesable for 1 hr,there were queue breakers and walk in with attitude who forced a female patient with appointment at 11 to wait outside. ThE SERVICE WAS DENIED. had to walk out as bladder was full for 1 hr physically not possible to wait Amy more
