When I had visited Dr. Niyati, I was in a horrible mental state. It was not easy to choose a therapist who you can trust but in my first call, she was so polite and assuring.

She is an active listener who came up with my diagnosis of BPD. I underwent REBT therapy with her. I felt heard, seen, soothed and understood by her.

The sessions with her were very useful as her approach towards my issues were that from REBT. In no time, I recovered from depression and my BPD episodes drastically got reduced.

The best part is that she doesn’t create a dependency upon her. She equipped me with ways to SELF MANAGE next time a trigger or episode arise. I love how she deeply cares and is so sweet. Even after the session, she would promptly reply in case of an emergency or query. She takes her profession very seriously and it reflects in her work ethic.

I feel grateful to her for helping me throughout my journey. She helped me understand myself better and create meaningful relationships.

I recovered from abusive childhood, teenage, poor self-image, “log kya kahengy factor” and relationship trauma because of her therapy.

Niyati is truly a gem of person, I was recommended to her through a friend of mine, her session helped me release through some of my pain, she always says do not give yourself any label, I will always keep that in mind to focus on further, she is non judgemental I can say this with my problems I had gone to her she rather than judging me she helped me think about it and how I can overcome with it, I had also told her that I have financial problems so might find it difficult to pay her on time which she totally understood. Well cup of coffee during session breaks with her is must, one gets to know her beyond a therapist and more sort of a friend.

Miss.niyati is an excellent therapist and she was amazing person to talk to when things become tangled and complicated. She really helped me to see things as they are and not as i thought they were. She is supportive , kind .She's smart to catch up that what's exactly going in your mind. Explaining difficult emotions to her was really a huge relief. Niyati is a smart, kind and insightful therapist. Her direct, no bs approach is refreshing. She went out of her way to accommodate my needs and get me back on track. Her compassion is almost immediately evident. Going to her for therapy feels like talking to a close friend who knows your deepest, darkest secrets. She is gentle when you need her to be and stern when nobody else has the guts to be. Working with her has transformed how I view myself. I am not as fragile as I thought I was; that insight is a gift.

Accepting my issues and taking the first step towards beginning therapy wasn't easy for me. Dr Niyati's easy demeanor was a source of comfort. I was absolutely clueless about my feelings and what caused them, As our suggestions progressed I began realizing all that I had been doing wrong. The homeworks and tasks that I was asked to complete not only helped me heal and recover but also get rid of toxic traits, deeply embedded in my personality over the years that were the causes of my emotional distress. I would highly recommend her!

A patient listener, who analyses the situation and engages people in a very constructive manner, gives excellent examples to relate to ones predicament and to make the person realise that he/she is in actually much better situation than one is feeling - a very essential aspect of counselling.

She also gave good tips to think positively and to self-help in tense moments.

A consummate professional who assured 24x7 availability in case of any sudden anxiousness, which went a long way in assuring me that help is available on call if needed, 24x7 - a huge morale boosting factor.

first of all her friendly nature towards the patient to understand the pain, suffering, mental and physical health are commendable. I was going through lot of pain and suffering but after visiting for 3-4 session i was feeling much better.My total focus just shifted towards self love, positive vibes due to counseling session that i attended. The effort she put behind me to get in my comfort zone was more than a lot appreciable to say. And yes that homework part i would just love to that because that homework made me realize that i don't even know myself.

Recommended highly to see if someone want to see the better aspect of life after some low patches of life. So yeah get the appointment done, visit properly and just follow her. And i never felt i was talking to doctor, i was feeling like i am talking to close friend.
