Dr. Nilesh Makwana has done his master's degree in Cardio-Pulmonary Sciences. Has done many courses in manual therapy, taping, fitness, rehabilitation and so on. Has done Fellowship in Cardiac Rehabilitation from Med varsity online and Apollo Hospital Education and Research (Hyderabad). He has also done Sports Physiotherapy course from Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and All India Football Federation (AIFF), New Delhi. Have also done Sports Science Sports Medicine (SSSM) course from BCCI and NCA at Bangalore. Did his Diploma in Football Medicine from FIFA. Certificate in Spinal Manual Therapy (CSMT) from Australia. Worked at the pulmonary rehabilitation center in Mumbai where he treated more than 100 respiratory related problems for improving their quality of life and fitness. He has treated and trained many Indian athletes, currently training Indian squash player, football player and Ranji cricket player, evaluated more than 200 athletes for fitness evaluation and performance from Zenith School (Vadodara) and Sports Authority of India (Mumbai). He was also in lead role for Summer Sports Camp held at Vyara, Surat, and Valsad organized by Sports Authority of Gujarat (May 2016). Published and presented many research articles in national and international journals. As a Director of All India Institute of Certified Professionals (AIICP), he has also published a book "Manual for Certification for Personal Training". He is a registered physiotherapist at Indian Association of Physiotherapists and Maharashtra State OT & PT Council. Member of Manual Therapy Foundation of India, European Respiratory Society is also on the list.With rich experience in clinical and research field, he leads HEAL Worli clinic.

I have taken treatment here suffering from a long standing back pain which had not resolved despite the various treatments and was suggested for surgery but under guidance of Dr. Nilesh who honestly guided me that the progress would be slow but definitely beneficial. After 5 - 6 days of treatment did I find a small difference but the optimistic view that I won't require surgery gave me a ray of hope. Today after 20 sessions I am able to do all my activities pain free. Started with functional exercises like walking for 45 min. I would strongly recommend that physiotherapy is slow but definite solution to pain . Thanks to Dr.Nilesh and team who took constant efforts and extreme care of me through the journey.

The moment I felt something wrong with my groin I didn't waste my time to checked it out with some orthopedic because I have a very bad experience in all that and I came here at muscle and mind as I have been here before and was completely satisfied with how they treat their patients here .I feel that everybody with any issues regarding to their body should come here at least once as they give you all honest opinions. Me being a Fitness Instructor would suggest my clients to visit here as it's worth the money.
