Have been visiting Dr. Neha for my mother's diabetes management since 2025.Doctor gives dedicated time to listen to patient's medical history and problems and gives suitable solutions for the same.

I consulted Dr. Neha for diabetes management and weight loss treatment, and I am very happy with the results. Only after that wait was I informed that the doctor would not see me unless I first underwent a FibroScan test. I had planned to discuss postponing the test by a month due to budget constraints as the test itself costs Rs 5,500 and this would be over and above my medication costs of Rs 17,000 and wanted to speak to the doctor before making any changes to my medication dosage.

My concern is not that a test was recommended. My concern is that I was never informed in advance that the consultation would be refused without completing the test. If this was a mandatory requirement, it should have been clearly communicated when the appointment was booked or at the very least when I arrived at the clinic, rather than after making me wait for over two hours.
