Ms. Neha Singh is a Senior Psychologist (Clinical) at Trijog – Know Your Mind, India’s trustedorganization for mental health care and holistic wellness. She holds a Master’s degrees inPsychology with a specialization and Clinical and Organizational psychology. She has over 13years of clinical experience across a variety of settings including Hospitals, NGOs, andCorporates.Ms. Neha has a broad range of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, familyand groups across the life span in areas such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues andtrauma. She is trained in Counselling and Psychotherapies , her practice involves an Eclecticapproach with a combination of Client Centred, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, Arttherapy and Mindfulness techniques. Neha is also trained in basics of therapy with animalsand enjoys working with therapy dogs.
