The diet is not very difficult to follow or cook. It's easy and very comfortable. I don't feel very hungry at odd times and I am energetic throughout the day.

I have known Mrs Ladzaria for the past seven years and besides being a good dietician she s an excellent human being who believes in helping the patient by taking in consideration the weakness of the person and finding solutions also.

indeed she s a very positive and optimistic person always ready to help at any given time.

Dr Pushpa quickly diagnosed my eating habits and gave me a very healthy diet plan. She gave me a lot of tips about healthy eating. She also motivated me to share my food intake pictures with her on a daily basis. I felt very confident after that I would be able to achieve my target. Even exercise regime is very doable.

I had come across the services by Dr Ladsariya when it was recommended by someone in my family and the way she has guided me holistically has been fantastic. I started off at 87kg and ended at 68kg which was the peak of my fitness reducing my body fat to 14% from 32%. It’s not a miracle , it’s just the right guidance and your dedication towards it. She will cajole you and not force her way.

I joined her last year in the month of june. I used to weigh around 102. She is a very sweet lady and keeps on encouraging you at any give point. I have lost around 20 kg with her help. She is very calm and also allows a person to eat whatever he/she likes to eat during the course. She also has some amazing diet recipes. I would strongly recommend people to go for her course. Im sure you will see the change in you.

As far as you are comfortable with the doc and assurance of losing weight without remaking hungry is the best part of Dr Pushpa’s diet

Has very good understanding of diet plans and how to adapt them to each individual client’s needs. Very good results achieved if her diet plan is followed to the T.
