Ms. Disha Manchekar is a Psychologist and certified Psychotherapist. She is also the Founder of Innate Mind that aims to provide psychological services and spread mental health awareness. She is a keen learner and holds two masters degrees viz. Master's in Clinical Psychology and Master's of Labour Studies (HR & IR). She has completed certificate courses in Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Graphology.She has expertise in treating concerns related to stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship/marriage conflicts, personality development and body image. Her counseling sessions are a blend of therapies that are aimed at treating her clients' issues. As a former Human Resource professional, Ms. Disha has an exposure of working with corporate employees, labourers and trade unions. This enables her to connect well with workplace related mental health issues and provide resolution for the same. She provides in-person as well as virtual therapy depending on the comfort of her clients.Ms. Disha is also experienced at conducting mental well-being workshops for corporates. Through her virtual workshops she has helped over 1000 global participants. As a part of Innate Mind's aim to spread mental health awareness, she conducts awareness workshops at community level as well as actively shares her knowledge through Innate Mind's social media pages.

Disha has been somebody who solved my problems by equipping me with all the tools to do so! Every session was a lesson for me and all that I had to share whatever my feelings and thoughts, she attentively listened to all of it. She attended to all my questions even when the time was up, and I grew through each session. It made me realise so much about me, the issues I was facing and the amount of control that I have over all of it. I started my therapy journey with Disha. I would say sessions with her has done wonders in my case. She listens to you patiently. In my case, nobody was able to understand exactly what was happening, but she always had answers to my questions. Also her techniques helped me alot.
