Before rating Dr. Ashit or Dr. Bansari, whom I definitely would recommend for anyone, absolutely anyone facing mental illness; we first need to understand few points.

1. We all need to first change our approach towards this issue related to mental problem. We need to be more accepting towards the fact that; like physical therapy - having a need for mental therapy is absolutely normal.

2. Just hearing the word psychiatrist doesn’t necessarily mean that you are “MAD”. It’s just another speciality area of Dr, who treats your mental issues.

3. Once you’re able to grasp & absorb the above here is what I have to say about Dr.

Dr Ashit & Dr. Bansari both are absolutely amazing, fabulous, understanding and all ears to the problems you are facing. They’ll never rush you through to just maximise their patients. In simple words they are real Dr who are on mission to cure people. You are made to feel that you are important subject for them.

Being an atheist I don’t believe in god, but I am sure if there’s something that resembles messenger of god then Surely they’d look like Dr Ashit Sheth & Dr. Bansari.

Today I am able to feel!! I can’t express how great it is to be able to feel, feel something other than the feeling of depression. & the feeling is happiness, gratitude, love and respect towards them & also towards life in general.

After meeting Dr Ashit Sheth, going through some initial psychological tests and analysis Dr. Sheth assigned my case to Dr Bansari who used to be my councillor. Guys one thing to say here is that please be truthful to them on all questions they ask.

Another thing to keep in mind is that there are few different types of drug for mind. Sometimes it takes time to finally reach the point where you have the absolutely correct drug and dosage. Not that the other drug won’t work but I am talking about exact match. So sometimes it takes time and you need to have patience just don’t give up. I know there is a feeling of giving up all ; even your life. But blv me guys just keep crawling if you can’t walk yet because these 2 doctors’ team will make sure that you can run too... just blv them. Blv bcoz I am saying so... & I know absolutely exactly how you’re feeling now.

Also there are regular checks & changes to your drug and dosage till you have reached exact match. Meanwhile if you’re having problems in between you can still reach them on phone and Skype. There are lot of help I have received from them which I can’t even tell all. All i can express is my deepest gratitude towards them and good wishes for their lives...

Therapy in India is still a subject not openly discussed and widely accepted. At best we are attuned to talk and discuss matters close to our hearts or that bothering us, to our best friends. While this works at times when we are young, things get complicated when we foray into our professional and marital life.

The advent of social media and the need to be connected to number of people virtually has reduced one to one conversation. Lack of communication, intense competition, peer pressure has led us to personalize everything to a point where we believe that whatever is happening in the world is directly connected to us.

Brought up in a patriarchal household, I did not ask questions and tried to seek answers in the outside world. After doing academically and professionally very well, I began to personalize everything around me including my marital life. Marrying a strong independent minded woman only made things worse as now conflicts started to rise.

It came to a point wherein I started to feel that if I don’t get this out of my system (aka mind and body) I am going to blow up.

I had no one to talk to (including the few close friends) and that’s when I was suggested therapy with Bansari.

Bansari was the light which cleared the cobwebs in my mind and heart. Her calm, composed yet assertive personality allowed me to brush out years of dust (read pre-conceived notions, obsessive compulsive behavioral patterns, negative thinking) from my mind. Bansari through her professional techniques successfully depersonalized my thinking and therefore allowed me to look at situations and people as they are. This depersonalization helped me immensely to reduce the stress levels, clear thinking styles, improved my outlook towards the world, and improved my relations with my spouse.

I am immensely grateful to Bansari for helping me in my tough times and showing me path to live a better life.

Have been in therapy for more than 2 years now and working on my cognitive skills and emotions with her has become a part of my routine!! I can relate to everything she says. Anything that I am not very accepting of, when it comes from her is easier to comprehend and apply to my life. The other good thing that’s happened is that to deal with me as a patient my family approached her and was able to find solutions as well. I was under the treatment of Dr. Bandaro Renuka ya. I had chronic problems since last 28years. I was advised to consult Unlimited Potentialities. I was under the able treatment of Dr. Bandaro Tejukaya, who gives patient hearing to my problems. She councells me , shows a different angle to look at the problem and how to overcome. Dr. Bansari supports the councelling with medicine that enables you to recover faster.

Doctor Bansari is extremely kind and empathetic. She was very patient through out my process of healing and she brought me out of my condition very smoothly. I highly recommend her for any such problems. She is very approachable at any time and is hands on with her treatment.

It's better to get professional help rather than talk to your friends and colleagues about it because a therapist will help you understand yourself better and also improve you. They will explain human psychology to you, help you understand yourself better and in turn you will make better decisions in life.

Ms Bansari explained to me why I was thinking and behaving in a particular way, also pointed out areas in my life where I was going in a circle. We did mental exercise to Deal with the problems and improve on them. She asked me fill work sheets as mental exercises I think of it as mental gym.

I have gained confidence that I can resolve my life issues and do better in life. Therapy has caused a paradigm shift in my way of thinking.
