We are **** upset with the services.. I took my old mother to consult the doctor. I took an appointment of 9 am which Practo changed it to 11 am.. i went and sat from 10.45 am till 12 noon and there was no sign of the doctor.. even after asking the receptionist multiple times about his whereabouts, I was not given proper information.. she even msged the doctor but there was no response from his end. Very disappointed with the services...
