I had eye irritation I'm the eye and I contacted practo. Although it was odd hours I consulted practo as my eye irritation was severe and was not able to sleep. Doctor called me in the morning at 8:00am and recommended the medicines for my eyes infection. I used the eye drops recommended by doctor and by 12:00pm same day I was recoveringing . I am really thankful to doctor. I recommend her. as her expertise helps cure eye related issues. Many thanks Doctor.

I recently had an online consultation with this doctor, and the experience was very disappointing. During the video call, there was a technical issue, and despite my efforts* *** ****** ****** ********** *** **** ******* ********* We eventually switched to an audio call, where I explained that my son had an eye infection. However, the doctor refused to continue the video call and insisted I send a photo instead. I felt that she lacked empathy and didn’t take the time to understand the concerns of a worried parent. doctor properly listened to all the queries regarding eye boil and provided the medicine. the issue was resolved in 2 days. will recommend her.
