First of all, they gave us an appointment for 12:30pm Wednesday for NCV test. As soon as we reached we were told your appointment is booked for Thursday 12:30pm. On insisting a lot, they asked us to wait and took my mom for her test after more than two hours waiting. They have a lot of communication problem. Secondly and the most horrifying thing that happened was my mom was asked to do NCV test. We were told our test would take minimum1-2 hours. But my mom came out within five minutes and we were told our tests were done. Later we came to know that my moms test was not done completely *** ** **** ********** ********** Even after calling the doctor and verifying with the test person later, he claimed he did the entire test. We were charged 3.5k for it and were complete shock to know that the test was not done and reports were given to us. How to trust a doctor, if such things happen!!!
