My name is Anandrao Kattulu my mother Mrs. Janki Kattulu was admitted in Sigma Hospital Mulund West on 28-05-2021 for treatment of heart' related problems under observation of Dr. G Manoj, who has explained me very clearly what is the problem & how we can settle the problem.

Dr. G Manoj is very calm and cool person and at every visit after examine my mother he explained me improvement of my mother s health.

Sigma Hospital staff are excellent and cooperative.

Housekeeping was excellent.

Extremely good doctor. Explains the problem and treatment very politely and with clarity. Gives time and choice to the patient about opting for further course of action without making the patient panic or worried. Gives ample time to the patient and clears all doubt calmly without rushing or hurrying. Staff is also polite and helpful. Hospital is clean. Had been for the first time and overall twas a good experience.

Dr. Manoj has been known to me since last 5 years. He’s an amazing doctor with a smile adorned all the time which makes you feel better right when you see him in the first place. He’s very polite and well- mannered as well ** **** ************* when it comes to diagnosis and prescribing medication. God bless all his endeavors!

This consultation was for my mom. We took an appointment for 8:15pm as it was given on Practo. Upon reaching the clinic they told us that their system doesn't show our booking even when we showed the message from Practo. However, we decided to stay and wait for the doctor as it was a little urgent.

To our utter disappointment the doctor did not come at all. We kept waiting till 10:30pm and then returned. While we were about to leave we were informed that the doctor will come at 11pm in the night. I don't understand this time at all. First of all, its super late for a patient who is waiting for so long and second of all this time wasn't clocked on Practo.

We weren't communicated about his absence and hence, we kept waiting. My mom is a heart patient and had pain in her chest so we decided to consult this doctor as he was just 15 mins away from where we stay. I am extremely disappointed and don't think will return to this clinic.
