1, Several years back, my wife had developed a tumour that could be life-threatening.
2. After we consulted Dr HN Kansaria, who is our trusted General Practitioner, he suggested us to consult Dr (Ms) Kunjal Bhatijaji, who is a gynaecologist-surgeon at the Bombay Hospital. Since we stay near that hospital, we consulted her at that hospital.
3. After carefully examining my wife, she patiently explained to me her line of surgery and its options. With God's grace, Dr Bhatijaji completed the surgery successfully with the minimum pain and incursion to my wife.
4. My wife and I are eternally grateful to Dr Bhatijaji for extending my wife's life. I pray for Dr Bhatijaji's good health, wealth and enlightenment.

my first appointment went smooth , she checked everything. but second appointment she was in a hurry. wasn't ready to listen to all my problems. I was been given 11:30 appointment and she made me wait till 13:20. Don’t understand why do you have an appointment system when you follow it, you might as well set clear expectations while taking an appointment. Had taken an half day from work to visit the doctor as I have enormous pain in my lower abdomen. Our time is important please value it.

The fee posted online at Practo is 800, which then became a 1000 upon our first visit. Suddenly today at our second visit the fee became 2000 when practo still showed Inr 800. Upon requesting a clarification on the fee was first brought down Inr 500 and then upon insisting that what the clinic is charging is wrong, then it was made 1200.
A total of 1500 was paid (1200+300 for injection).
The 1200 is still 50% higher that what is being shown. The wait time is too long and treatment by staff is also dissatisfactory.

My experience with Dr. Bathija was great. She is efficient and quick with the diagnosis and the problem that I’ve been facing with over 3 months was resolved in barely 1 week.
Another good experience I had, she did not make me feel uncomfortable at all.
