Firstly, thanks for your review. We are pleased to know that your condition is “nearly gone”. We would like to present our side of the story too, just to complete the picture (As they say, there are always three sides to a story – your side, my side and the truth!)
.) We would have replied to you much earlier had you not used a different name to post a feedback from the one you used to book an appointment with us.
.) You mentioned that you had come for “an” ailment and we prescribed you “a bunch of medicines”. Your feedback doesn’t mention the fact that ever since you sat down for the consultation you kept on mentioning that you’re a very forgetful person. So much so that you constantly referred to your mobile where you had made a list of THREE (not “an ailment” but THREE) conditions you felt you needed treatment for. I remember because it’s the first time I have ever seen something like this! I also remember that I must not have given you more than 7-8 medications, so that works out to roughly 3 medicines per condition. I hope you didn’t expect to give me a single drug for all the 3 conditions! Hence the “bunch of medications”
.) In accordance with the strict professional ethics we follow, I am not at liberty to discuss the nature and type of conditions that you had come to visit us for.
.) You have also omitted the fact that you forgot to pay the fees after your consultation (You did PayTm us the next day after we sent you a reminder SMS. In your reply SMS you apologized for the same and said that you could not contact us since you weren’t able to find our number on JUSTDIAL. Since you had used Practo (Practo provides all patients who book an appointment with a contact number), I am not sure why you used a different online portal to look for our number.
.) In our limited clinical practical experience and I’m sure it’s a well known fact that most (not all) dermatological conditions take some time to improve. You visited us on Saturday evening, so I am assuming (and I maybe wrong) you must have been able to get a second opinion earliest by Monday morning. Your feedback has been published on Wednesday evening. Considering the fact that Practo has a minimum 24 hour moderation period for feedbacks before they publish it publicly, I’m inclined to believe you posted the feedback on Tuesday – one day after the second opinion. It’s quite intriguing that your problem was “nearly gone” in almost 24-48 hours. Nevertheless, we wish you a healthy disease free future!
