2. I had an abscess but did not cure. It convert to Fistula in buttocks which was giving me lot of problem is sitting and walking. All the time so much blood and pus coming out. pilonidal sinus is a very painful condition. It comes as a continuous bleeding wound on lower back in between bumps. Many times you see pus also. Had this condition for around one year.
