Estimate given for surgery was quoted as amount X during examination, test, and admission to hospital day before surgery. While on the date of surgery the amount for surgery has been increased 3.5 times; had he stated the given amount during early stages or informed earlier we could have made decision, but to increase it on the day of operation, without any previous intimation, which made us cancel the surgery. We have lost faith in him. Hope this is helpful to others.
