Dr. Khushboo provides a simple and an easy to follow diet program, along with exercise and lifestyle changes like meditation. These were carefully designed based on my taste, food likes and timings. My interaction with Dr.Khushi was for the purpose of weight loss management. I wanted to lose weight but hated the thought of crash diets/ salad diets/ living on soups/ no carbs etc etc. With Dr.Khushi I realised that I could eat what I cooked for the rest of my family which was amazing. She taught me to eat right, healthy and in moderation. I was supposedly on a "diet" and could still eat sweets. carbs and even fried items once a week. It was just about the timing, quantity and healthy choices. The best part of it is that since you are not on a "diet" it becomes a lifestyle change which you can continue for life. I did a three month program with her through Skype and learnt a lot about food and the common mistakes we all make. We would go through my recall in great detail every week. I lost 8 kilos over 8 months but in a healthy way with zero frustration and total happiness and I know that this loss is permanent. Thank you so much Dr.Khushi.
