Doctor is gem *** *** ********* *** service is very good.
But there back staff service is very rude specially receptionist.
They do not work according to appointment given time.
They keep patient waiting for 2-3 hours after confirmed appointment time.

I got my LASIK surgery done at Dr. Keiki Mehta's hospital in Colaba. It's been ober 5 years now. So happy with the results. No problem at all. The work culture at the hospital was very very professinal. Each and every person had their tasks layed out. The whole experience was nice. No waiting time. And 10/10 for Dr. Mehta.

No body mentioned the current status of the eye, how good or bad they are. All they did was to tell you that do these surgeries. They did not put an effort to explain the problem, need of surgery, good and bad effects of the surgery. They just take you into another room after meeting the doctor and someone there tells you the cost etc.
