Amongst multiple things to be grateful for in past couple of years, one which stands out is meeting Dr. Karuna Goyal.

We visited Dr. Goyal after reading amazing reviews. Honestly, we had plans to meet her and couple of other doctors before deciding whom to continue with.

However, we fell in love with her instantly and never felt like meeting any other doctor.

Within a week after our first consultation, I went through a traumatic experience. Dr. took care of me like her own. She was continuously on phone with me, proactively asking how I was every morning and evening and reassuring me all will be well.

I was free to call/ WhatsApp/ visit her anytime. She called me every week to make me hear my baby’s heartbeat 💓 just so that I could be stress free.

Last trimester USG indicated low blood supply to my baby. With her proactive treatment and constant mental support, I was able to deliver a happy healthy baby almost full term.

Post delivery, we caught Covid and it was the toughest time of our lives. Dr. Goyal stood by us like a pillar of strength. For every big, little, personal or medical suggestion and help, she was there.

To cut the long story short, we are indebted to her for life. She’s my baby’s “Doctor Mumma”

DrKaruna Goyal Bansal is outstanding because she connects with you such that you will never ever feel she’s not your own. If you’re looking for a friend, a mother and a doctor, Dr. Goyal is all in one.

We started seeing Dr. Karuna Goyal after the first trimester for our second pregnancy when our double marker test report was not as per the expectation. Our that time gynecologist was not so kind or keen in explaining the issues related to the report which made my wife very uncomfortable.

Being an educated woman herself, she has a habit to research everything on the internet followed by thinking of all possible scenarios.

At that time, we required a good doctor who is also a good counsellor. Based on the recommendation from a close friend, we decided to meet Dr. Karuna Goyal who fulfilled our both requirements along with being a great human being. She patiently explained to us regarding our current problem and gave us all the required answers which we were unable to get previously. She gave us personal attention during the entire pregnancy period and finally baby boy was delivered by her on 2nd of May.

I would recommend Dr. Karuna Goyal to everyone and specially to those who have lot of questions to ask and want those to be answered.

-- A great doctor, a great counsellor and a great human being

-- Gives personal attention to all her patients

-- Understands the patient's problems and patiently answers/ addresses the issues

-- Understands the patient's psychological state and deals with them accordingly in a fun loving way (She got great sense of humor as well)

-- I have rarely seen any doctor who shares his/her personal contact details with the patient for emergency consultation over the phone. Dr. Karuna Ma'am gave her phone number to us and was available on call and WhatsApp to us all the time.

-- She never treated us like we are bunch of uneducated engineers and can't understand basic medical terminology (unlike our last gynecologist). She explained us everything in layman terms

-- Always very punctual and we didn't have to wait long hours in the clinic/ hospital

-- Avoids unnecessary tests and medicines.

After the second trimester itself she told us that the baby may come early (which actually happened. Our baby came 3 weeks before the actual due date) and prepared us accordingly.

My wife water broke unexpectedly and Dr Karuna Goyal personally called the hospital staff and made sure that everything is in order even before we reached there.

We owe our gratitude to her for helping us out.

I reached out to Dr Karuna Goyal after reading reviews about her on Practo. When we found out about our pregnancy, we wanted a doctor close to our place. The first conversation with Dr Karuna happened as an online consultation. She explained the basics around pregnancy and what we can expect in a lot of detail and allowed for a lot of time to answer our questions too. In that instant, we knew that she would be the right option for us. The things that I really liked about her were- *** ** *********** ****** she kept scans and tests to a bare minimum. In fact even visits to her were a bare minimum until the last couple of weeks of the pregnancy

2. Her positivity- she always kept me positive about a lot of things to do with the delivery. I had a bit of an anomaly in some blood tests in my second trimester and she told me very clearly to not hit the panic button. The issue ended up being a false positive so we were safe but she was so reassuring throughout

3. Her availability- she was always readily available on WhatsApp to answer any and all of my questions

4. Her clarity of thought- she always explained everything in a lot of detail and made sure all our questions were always answered. Given this was our first pregnancy, all of this really helped me gain confidence in having a good pregnancy

Coming to the delivery itself- I couldn’t have pulled this through without Dr Karuna. Pregnancy in covid times also means that your partner is not allowed in the labour ward. Dr Karuna was my shining force. Right from when we started discussing birthing options, she told me that we will be trying our best to go for a natural birth. And she really helped me pull through it and deliver a 3.7 kg baby boy naturally :) I’m forever grateful to her for all that she did for us and for being there throughout the 9 months as such a constant. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for pregnancy consultation!

We are beyond grateful to Dr. Karuna Goyal for the extraordinary care she provided throughout our pregnancy. From the very beginning, she felt like more than just a doctor—she was like a guardian, guiding us with a motherly touch through every stage of this journey. During the delivery, Dr. Karuna Goyal made a crucial last-minute decision to switch to a C-section, which was exactly what was needed to ensure the safety of both me and the baby. Her quick, decisive action made all the difference, and we couldn’t have been in better hands. Her care felt almost like that of a protective mother, always putting us first.

We feel incredibly blessed to have had her as our doctor and can’t recommend Dr. Karuna Goyal enough to anyone looking for a caring, honest, and skilled gynecologist. She truly made this journey special for us.

When my water broke in the 25th week of pregnancy, my OBGY was away for a month. I called up Dr Karuna who was mentioned as the replacement doc with great anticipation, but getting her help was the best thing that happened to us at that critical stage. She was quick to respond and even at that early hour she got her team ready to attend to us as soon as we reached the ER. More than anything else, she calmed us about the situation and focused on the stuff that was in our favor given the state of my body. That being 15th of august she herself had plans to travel out of station but she ensured that we were looked after and situation under control.

Over the next 12 days she made sure that the pregnancy continued as long as possible and baby gained consistent weight. She would keep in touch through calls and messages throughout the day and also ensured that I kept a calm mind.

She guided us regarding all situations that we could face once the baby arrives. Guided us to the best of neo natal care hospitals and even connected us with the doctors incharge over there.

On Rakshabandhan day when baby passed meconium, there was no option but to get him out. C section was the only choice but she made it without any complications.

Her care over those days gave us our bundle of joy with a decent birth weight which was remarkable for his gestational age and with no complications or infections. She took utmost care to ensure that everything went well.

She is very approachable, easy to understand, very reasonable (with her expectations from her patients and even money wise) and knows her work so well (saying this with confidence because it's for her that I sailed thru my pregnancy easily despite having a higher BMI and PCOD history) .. What I also loved is that she gives yu bare minimum medicines, asks you to visit her when required and even keeps all diagnostic tests limited to what is necessary .. My mind was so much at peace (without any confusion or doubts) thru out the 9 months .. And last thing I HAVE to appreciate about doctor is her multiple attemps for me to deliver my baby vaginally (normal delivery) .. All in all Dr Karuna is an amazing professional but also a wonderful human being ❤️

Dr. Karuna is god sent for us. No words can summarise how easy she made my pregnancy journey . No unnecessary medicines were given to me throughout my pregnancy . She explained to me everything in detail, always available on call too. More than a dr . She guided me like a mother ,a friend , a mentor .She never scared me to go through normal delivery and always encouraged and kept the options wide opened based on my health and my baby's health. Conceiving my second child after a gap of 13 years, I had a lot of apprehension but Karuna Ma’am was by my side throughout my 9 months journey. Few things that I really like about her, includes:

She is very approachable and courteous, she patiently explains every detail and handles multiple queries. She is quite responsive on watsapp and calls, and makes you feel comfortable.

She keeps tests and visits to the minimum required, and always preached to have a positive attitude. She mentally prepared me for various birth options explaining the situations when we would choose one over the other because of which we were able to swiftly and comfortably act as appropriate.

She also brings in an economic and financial perspective, explains various options with its cost and let you choose.

“Thank you” is really not enough for what you have done for me throughout pregnancy and even before pregnancy while i was planning and reached out to you for consultation.
