such good treatment doctor is soo communicative and listens to our complaints soo well and keeps following with us soo well she use to send reminder of appointment and prescription which soo good i also use to get alarm on my phone which was very good think. loved thw ambiance thank you doctor

I was having leg pain - i requested her to list down tests for me
But then I was running behind her to see my reports
Also she did-not even guided me to any specialist doctor

Visited For Itching
I would suggest don't visit this doctor. My wife was suffering from itching problem, we had seen some good review so we went to visit doctor. *** ******* ** ******* ******** *** *** ***** ******* ***** ** *** ******** *** *** **** ** **** ******** We had visited doctor 4 to 5 times but did not get proper treatment. So we went to other doctor she told stop all treatment's given by karishma balani. She just gave one ointment and problem solved. Worst experience.

Dr.Karishma Balani’s clinic is not very professional They ask you to make the full payment even before you start the treatment and then the doctor and her team are least bothered. Me and my sister paid for 10 sessions in advance and after the 4th session,the 5th session was done by the helping staff and not the doctors. We were not happy with the results and discontinued, nobody even bothered to follow up with us or took the feedback. Please beware. *** ******* *** **** *** the attitude of the entire team is very unprofessional. I have visited their Bandra clinic.It you want to undergo any treatment please ensure you pay after each session so that you have the freedom to discontinue.
Doctor simply doesn't care about patients time. Time management is very poor also treatment is not so satisfying. I visited long time back but after changing doctor I got better treatment now.
So my journey started with alot of pimples and acne scars and I meet Dr. Karishma with all her guidance we started the treatments and now I'm totally happy and satisfied with the results I'm having totally a clean smooth face.
All thanks to Dr. Karishma and the staff of synova care.

Overall everything was good considering the wait time , Safety measures during COVID , but I felt Doctor was in a Lot of hurry to check the skin and hence suggest medicines .
It was hardly a 10 minute consultation.
It could have been a better if she would have asked about the face wash /moisturiser that I use, about what I had been applying on face lately ; It was me who initiated that conversation.
Hope this won’t be my concern in the next visit.
