Dear Mr Neel Pithava,
At the outset, let me thank you for taking out time and giving your feedback. We at Devasya clinic, really value our patient's response and are always willing to help all our patients to get rid of their skin concerns.
Regarding your skin condition, I explained to you about the nature of your condition, possible causes . The treatment of warts is generally application of a lotion containing salicylic acid and lactic acid over the affected area everyday. This has to be preceded by vaseline application on the surrounding normal area to prevent the lotion damaging the unaffected skin . While discussing the treatment, you mentioned that you do use wartnil but you have used only few times which as I explained was not enough. You need to continue to use it till a white film develops . Then I had explained that u need to scrape the white skin and then continue usage. I also prescribed u zinc containing medicine to help u get rid of warts faster
To summarize: if you are having the right medicine and just applying it inadequately or incorrectly, it is ethically not correct to introduce new medicine or more medicines . I dont believe in unethical practIce.
Regarding my fees:- I have displayed it at the reception. so all my patients know about my charges before hand . If you find my fees high, you are free to go to other doctors of your choice.I had explained about the procedure of parring( scraping of wart skin) and had told you that if you are not comfortable you can come to the clinic and we can do it for you
Am I not supposed to charge you for it then? We use disposables for procedure , doctors time is also important isn't it ?
