Dr. Hetal Chiniwala

Dr Chiniwala was great. He was kind and patient. He checked my ankle thoroughly. The entire team at orthosport is very helpful and they love to take care of people.

Dr Chiniwala was unavailable this morning when I hurt my ankle and I spoke to Dr Kavita instead. She was compassionate and did absolutely everything to help me and I preferred to wait till evening simply because of the amount of patience and attentive care shown by the doctors.

The office is clean and relaxed and it seems like a good place for healing. I will be treated by Dr Chiniwala and Dr Kavita to rehabilitate my ankle for the next few months and I look forward to it.

Doctor is really very polite and he understood me. I have been to several doctors ,but nobody understood me, as i had multiple surgeries so mostly doctors think that my case is very complicated.

But dr.hetal chinniwala explained me about why pain is their and how it will go away.

I had to go for shoulder Arthroscopy and when was very much scared and nervous about the surgery, had some anxiety issues too but Dr Hetal Chiniwala was very much helpful and patiently replied all my questions and gave a very quick response to all my messages even though sometimes I asked silly questions.

My surgery is done and going to his Ortho clinic for physio and hoping and wishing to get my shoulder back to normal soon👍

Shoulder frozen

First he did not allow to speak. I was not in acute pain...but still wrote that acute pain for last 1 month. Funny.

Prescribed me sedative which disrupted my entire schedule.

The physiotherapist Dr Kalpana Agarwal appears to be very good at her job. I was planning to continue with her. But when I missed the appointment due to heavy traffic yesterday, the arrogant receptionist started arguing about why I have not informed earlier. If i am driving to reach your place and getting delayed due to traffic how will I argue on phone or try to inform them earlier.

Overall very high handed clinic and go at your own risk.

The doctor was very good but the physiotherapist is very bad. She wasn't dedicated in the physiotherapy session at all. She was on the phone half of the time. She doesn't care about the patient at all. The staff need to learn how to behave and keep the patient in mind, because that is foremost in a medical clinic.

Again, the doctor was great but the physiotherapist was very poor.

Doctor gave up on the treatment ****** saying now everything looks fine **** ** *** **** ** ******* ******* ******** ********** There is no communication between the physiotherapist and the doctor. I was in treatment for upto 3 months with almost no improvement. ***** *** **** ****** ******* *** ***** **** ***** Would not recommend this place at all.

I consulted Dr. Chiniwala for Arthroscopic surgery, he did the surgery last week....after a week I met him for stitch removal. Doctor didn’t explain what’s the further course of action. Whatever I asked he said “ ya you can do that or ask physiotherapist” this replies are unacceptable as you are charging fees & not explaining things related to me to my satisfaction ” Apart from that he charged fees even for 1st follow, that also within a week of surgery. Generally no Orthopedaic surgeon do that.

A big No No for this doctor.

Clinic doesn't takes practo appointment seriously and also favours patients who call them directly than go through practo. No receipt for consultation was shared either.

Doctor seemed to predict the medical issue way before understanding the actual problem and straight away referred physio therapy , injections, medication, etc.

Would not recommend this doctor or clinic .

Extremely professional. The in-house Physiotherapist is excellent. She quite well understands your problem and tries best to help.

One sore point is they accept cash only. In today's digital world options of paying through credit card and e-wallets should be provided.

Dr was very cooperative & very kind with patient .He is a Exellent doctor.seems has Magic in his hands.A down to earth person.
