I am a Counsellor with a passion for motivating people and helping them make decisionsabout their circumstances by realizing the uniqueness of every individual, their situation, and their adaptability. I holda Masters Degree in Career and Developmental Counselling from SNDT University, Mumbai. I also have a Post-Graduate Diploma in School Counselling from the same University. In addition, I have done certification courses inSex Education, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Personal Counselling and the use of REBT with children andadolescents, from The Albert Ellis Institute, New York. The following are some of the workshops that I haveparticipated in: Self-awareness & Hypnosis; Neuro-linguistic Programming; The digital age - Our children and adolescents;  Clinical uses in counseling and psychotherapy;  Play therapyCurrently, I am a Counsellor at JBCN International School, Parel, where I head the Enrichment Cell and have myprivate practice at the clinics mentioned below.
