Ms. Gauri Saxena have been interested in psychology for as long as I can remember. I am curious by nature, and genuinely enjoy interacting with and understanding people. Choosing to study psychology at both the bachelors and masters levels was an intuitive choice for me. As a therapist, my focus is on creating safe and accepting spaces for my clients. I prefer an eclectic approach to therapy, and will work with my clients to create sessions that best meet their needs. Some of the approaches that I use in my practice are cognitive-behavioral techniques, narrative practices, and transactional analysis. In my downtime I enjoy reading, playing the piano, and watching TV shows!
