I reached out to Dr. Vishakha after she came highly recommended by a family friend. As I write this, I can't express enough how grateful I am to her for the guidance and support she provided me over our teleconsultations the past 4 months. After learning that I had diabetes in July, I was determined to make whatever changes necessary to my diet and lifestyle in order to lower my A1C - Dr. Vishakha made that journey not only manageable, but empowering. She answered my questions kindly and patiently and with her tips that were personalized to my specific needs each week, helpful dietary supplement recommendations, and constant motivation, I stayed on track with managing my blood sugar levels for the majority of this period, even when it felt challenging.
After just 3 months, I was able to lower my A1C from 11 to 5.2 (I was initially aiming to come down to 6.5-7 so this was an achievement I never thought possible in such a short amount of time and I couldn't have achieved this without Dr’s guidance.
