Dr. Viraj Kharkar

Dr. Viraj R. Kharkar is a highly experienced and accomplished Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon. He graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Government Dental College, India. Following his graduation, he went to National University in California, USA to pursue his Masters Degree in Forensic Science. Later, he gained his Master Degree in Dental Surgery from KLES Institute of Dental Sciences, India. He is a member of the International Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, USA since 2011. He has commendable expertise in Maxillofacial Surgery and was selected as a reviewer for several prestigious journals, including International Journal of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Journal of Maxillofacial & Oral Surgery and annuals of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery & Aesthetic Surgery Journal. His accreditations in numerous national and international publications symbolize his passion and dedication towards his work. He has attended several conferences and presented various papers. He has also been awarded by the Dental Council of India for his outstanding scientific contribution. Besides dealing with major maxillofacial trauma cases, cleft lip & cleft palate surgeries, allied plastic surgical procedures & elective cases, heiss as an associate professor and a consultant Maxillofacial surgeon.
