Dr. Vashishth Maniar

After visiting so many doctors to be honest I had lost the hope in doctor's community as even after spending huge amount of money my mother's health was not getting better. It made me belive that hospital these days are onl y mo ney minting machin with no empathy towards patients and then I met Dr. V. Maniar and I would say my faith in humanity was restored again. In my 28 years of life I have never come across anyone like him and neither will I, I'm pretty sure about it.

If you want your loved once to win this battle against cancer I would urge you to visit Dr. Maniar atleast once because I strongly believe he provides patient with much more than medicines.

My mother is under his supervision from the last 2.5years and she's doing absolutely fine.

Disclaimer : If you are visiting him for the first time please be prepared to wait atleast a couple of hours to meet him, it's worth all the wait.

Also one last thing, I'm not the guy who writes reviews on any portals but I strongly believe our community needs to know about people like Dr. Maniar who are lost in the shades of hospitals which have turned more into a corporate organization.

I have been fighting cancer for the last 19 yrs and in my opinion by far the best doctor I have come across so far.

Extremely warm, patient, genuinely concerned, one who remembers individual patient details so well , inspite of the huge number of patients he sees. He is extremely reassuring, answers every query,post meeting him there is hope and lightness in your spirit. Never makes you feel rushed though there might be many patients waiting. Explains treatment modality in simple laymen language and helps u make the **** decision.

Highly recommend Dr. Vashisht Maniar. Wait time took a little long but satisfied after meeting Doctor. your half stress will be gone once you meet positive personality like him. Visited for my Mom's breast Cancer treatment and I'm completely satisfied with the treatment. Doctor guided us very well about overall treatment plan. The staff and other doctor are also too good in nature. They give you personal attention and are very warm in nature.At MOC:Dr. Cartikeyan Iyer, Dr. Seema Jagiasi, Dr. Sadaf, Dr. Sonia Patel guided us very well. Sir is one of the few who are multitalented. Sir truly believes in quality of life, the way sir treats patient along with his diseases is up to best as sir doesn’t believes in any assumptions, he would only suggest treatment which is followed across world as per current best practices. In

My knowledge sir is able to find 72 hours out of his 24 hours of day life.. Sir is fully and truly utilising his day for a good cause. My pray to god for giving me blesses so that i can also be like sir.. Sir is already blessed with god’s graces and it will continue to be with him for life long time

we had received Dr Maniar recommendation from many people. When we visited MOC we met him briefly but it was so impactful and it's true half the problem is solved just by talking to him. Dr Carthikeyan and Dr Udip Maheshwari are equally great and we had wonderful experience with them as well, as they are also very helpful and patient in listening to our concerns and giving suggestions accordingly. The RMO doctors, sisters, physiotherapist, dietician and other sub staff are equally helpful and supportive Thank you to everyone at MOC and God Bless You all.

Cancer this word is very scary and I am sorry to say but some doctors make it worse than what it is. But Dr Maniar is a ray of hope a beaming sunshine in that dark phase of life. I was so scared with my moms diagnosis and he put me in so much ease. Not only did he recommend a good line of treatment he even suggested to get it done in my home town and also put a word for my mom to his fellow Doctor in Kolhapur. Will be always indebted to his kindness. We need more such gems in the world of medicine. More power to you Dr Maniar.

I went to a doctor and found a friend in him . Dr. Vashishth is in a different league as a Professional. He truly cares for his patients, gives generous time to every one of them and puts them at ease while sharing medical facts honestly. He toils very hard for 12 hours everyday to serve the ailing. My heartfelt wishes for he achieving the amazing vision to transform Cancer Chemotherapy treatment in India - to make it available to more people at a very nominal cost as compared to the hospital charges.

You will find yourself at ease from the very first time that you meet Dr Vashisht and his team at MOC. That is how they embrace you, as a family, as people who care and Dr Vashisht himself takes it to another level. The way he talks to you, addresses you, his treatment plans, everything is centered around you and for you. He is one of the few doctors who is truly serving people and society. Doctor is very friendly in nature. Doctor has explained the existing disease and the treatment require for same very well. Cost of recommended chemotherapy is also very less as compared to big hospital in Mumbai. Staff of the clinic is very cooperative, helping and caring. Patient and the family members comes with negative mindset and go with positive mindset after meeting the doctor.

Only one thing which I felt need to be change is the appointment scheduled. We get appointment date and time through practo. Still we have to go to clinic 2 hours before for number system which I have not seen in other clinic wherein Appointment has been scheduled already. Due to this patients who suffering from severe disease like cancer who is not in a position to sit for more than 15 minutes in initial stage of the treatment has to suffer. Also, family members have to spend more time. This practice definitely needs to be change.

Doctor Maniar was very professional. As this was my first visit , he checked whole history of my problems which I encountered after my cancer operation and subsequent chemotherapy and radiation therapy. I had my tooth extracted some 8 months back but my wound was not healing. Subsequently I started getting blood in the sputum and reason was not traceable . I had done endoscopy of my throat, ct scan of head & neck, bronchoscopy but there was no diagnosis and treatment of the problem. On seeing Dr. Maniar, he explained the reason of this problem graphically and suggested the medicine. He also suggested Zolendronic Acid 4 mg injection which I was taking every 6 months to stop for life time. I was greatly relieved. I am now on antibiotics for bleeding which hopefully will cure my problem. Up till now I was not getting my problem diagnosed which Dr. Manier diagnosed. I am more than satisfied and happy.
