I had booked appointment with Dr. Vani Krishana Gupta and visited the clinic for ENT concern. Dr was very nice with me and she has done my check up. After that in my appointment all things were fine and good only and I would like to recommend this doctor for other also. The main concern which I had faced was that in Practo app the address was incorrect so I had to search by myself and I had wasted 30 an hour and apart from the everything was ok.
Effective results almost immediately. Explained the cause of my illness and help me understand it. Extremely patient with you.Only problem was finding the address. Practo has the incorrect one. I'd suggest calling up the doctor before leaving home to understand the address correctly.
Dr. Vani listens patiently which as a patient is really comforting,her approachable nature makes it easier to discuss. Her paid video consultations for follow ups in current covid situation is a life saver and helps us avoid repeated physical visits.
