Dr. Vaishali is very friendly doctor. Hears all your concern & explain you everything in understandable terms. She is the only Dr. I ever known who call her patient directly & answer their questions. I highly recommend her to everyone .

1. Dr. Vaishali was almost 5 hours late for the appointment. I tried to cancel but nobody responded

2. When I spoke with Dr. Vaishali, she was in a hurry and asked me 2-3 questions (not in depth) and started talking about medication, costs etc

3. I tried to talk about my lifestyle but at that time she began to hurry up further. I tried to ask about the medication and she told me “do you want me to tell you or not”

4. I explained my pains again, told Dr. Vaishali that her attitude made me uncomfortable and she continued to gaslight me.

5. Overall I felt disrespected and somewhat hurt with the way she spoke with me. Her tone was arrogant and rude.

5. I was charged in full, even though i did not even have a consultation.
