We visited the doctor for our son's dehydration. The diagnosys was quick and the treatment was efficient. It was not very straight forward as another doctor mentioned there was nothing serious and supplying fluids would restore the health.But for some reason we were not convininced.

Dr. Tanushree heeded our concerns, didn't take it lightly was able to diagonise what was exactly wrong (Loss of pottasium) *** **** *********** ********* *** ***** **********Besides the service in the hospital is also very good including every nurse and staff. I would anyday recommend Dr Tanushree and Cloundnine.

Dr. Tanushree was available and supportive round-the-clock. Her 24x7 dedication, care, and responsiveness truly made this journey easier and more reassuring for us as new parents.

She was so friendly and was not at all in haste. She made a complete diet chart for my baby explaining every bit of it in detail. Also she answered all my queries in very satisfactory way. Delivered my baby at cloudnine hospitals Malad

Loved the service of the hospital cleanliness and my gynac Dr Pooja Shukla who delivered my baby. Everything was so good until I met Dr Tanushree for my new born * ***** *** ** **** ******* ** ******** ***** ********* ** **** ** **** ** ****** *** ******** **** **** *** She will never pick ur calls or prompt reply to ur msgs my baby was in bad shape called and messaged dr Tanushree she never picked or replied to my msgs it’s been 10 days had been waiting she never turned up.

Had to take my baby to some other doctor *** ** *** ** ****** ** **** ****** ************** *** *** ******* ** **** ***** ******* **** ********* *** ** *** **** ****** **** ***** ***** ********* ***** **** ******* ** ** **********

Tanushree is always on time and readily available/ accessible. She also tries to solve the issue on cellphone rather then asking parents and patients to see in person.

He appointments are easily available at different times.

Wait time is Almost none on weekdays . She listens to parents issue and then give solutions.

Dr. Was very polite and explained the issues very nicely. Her treatments also suited and my daughter felt good after it. She could herself discuss her issues with the doctor and explain her. I definitely recommend plus point is that she dint keep me waiting.

I took my 1.5month old to Cloud Nine clinic Andheri West today as I had an appointment with Dr Tanushree Mukherjee who is my child's pediatrician since my baby was born.today was the 6 week vaccination day and Dr Tanushree gave her the vaccines.we had specifically asked for painless injections which usually has zero pain while delivering the injection.The doctor agreed to our requests but the baby was writhing in pain when the syringe went in.We were charged for painless injections but the baby suffered a lot.the doctor said the Baby might have some fever later on which is not what painless injections are for.I am not happy with the service provided by the Doctor at all

The best doctor i can say for babies highy recommend to every mom for their little angels she is friendly and also recollect what medicines she had prescribed to the baby

Very sweet doctor and very kids friendly.gives ample of time to listen to paranoid parents like us . A very good natured doctor and positive attitude made our day.
