I had only gone for consultation w/o any complaints and the doctor advised on next steps accordingly.
Taking patient’s caregivers into consideration and empathising with them is equally important qualities a doctor should have. This was totally missing. One expects a doc with this much experience to be more empathetic and commercials should have been discussed well in advance.
