In life full of automation, information & service at your doorstep, somehow you start ignoring your health specifically mental health and there comes a day in everybody's life when he/she breaks down. Well, I was on the path of happening such thing but before that I came across Manpravah. From the beginning I found this to be very interesting place, right from their clinic environment to each & every personality, everything is unique.

7 years before my psychological problem was started. I was totally unaware about my problem. But I was feeling that something is going wrong. I couldn't recognise it. Day by day my anxiety ,depression were increased by different incidents. Then also I was blind about it. And suddenly last year like a bomb explosion my anxiety ,depression came out through panic attacks.

I can count on Dr. Sukumar Munje because he is a thorough professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of professional mental health counseling. He's an assertive therapist who always aims to address issues from their roots. He's also a very welcoming person to talk to.

My son, Shubham Jadhav is in 5th Standard. Though he is good in academic and sports activity, he had a bad habit of getting very angry. In medical language, this refer as Hyper Active. From the early age, Shubham is very much hyper. He gets easily angry over small things. At early age, we deny his habit. But few days back, he got so angry that he break the heads of his best friend. Also, he is abusing bad with his friend due to hyper activity. We both couple are surprise to see his nature. We both are helpless and worried as Shubham is not in mood of listen to us.
