It is very good. M happy..my experience is good.. All the staf are cooperative, . Initially i was suffering from severe pain in upper back due to cervical spondylosis.. now this therapy gave me more relief.. my therapy is still going on.. My treatment is going on under Dr pooja ,she is very good n very supportive.. . Treatment is slight costly Bt it is worth.....

To begin, I felt I was in good hands **** *** ********* ** *** ***** I realised all the mistakes I made with my weight training techniques in the past and present. Mobility has improved significantly and the exercises helped me recover with every session.

On a personal level, Simon helped me get comfortable while stressing on the importance of this therapy which made me stick to it diligently.

I am delighted with my experience with Muscle and Mind. An eminent orthopedist had prescribed survey for partial tear in supraspinatus muscle. However with the help of Dr Simon Clement of Muscle and Mind, after 1 month of physiotherapy (20sessions) most of my pain has gone. He has prescribed me exercises at home and I think there is no more need for surgery. Big thanks to the supportive team at Muscle and Mind.

It was great experience, I was recommended by my friend and was here to take treatment from UP. This place is worth many appreciation. Dr. Simon treated me very well and now I am pain free going back to UP with lot of exercises and smile.
