After 35 days of my delivery, when my immunity was still low, I suddenly developed severe stomach pain, vomiting, and was diagnosed with jaundice. Even though this was not a gynecological complication, the first person I reached out to, out of faith and complete trust was Dr. Shweta Shah, who had ensured a smooth and safe delivery for me just a month earlier. She immediately guided me over the phone, but, my condition worsened and I had to be admitted to the hospital. She continued to support me throughout, without a moment’s hesitation.

What touched us deeply was that even though my treatment was under a physician and not related to her specialty, Dr. Shweta stayed in constant touch with him, reviewed my reports directly, and even followed up with the lab herself for faster updates. She was not supposed to do any of this, yet she did, purely out of concern and humanity.

Her selflessness, her commitment to her profession, and the deep human connection she builds with her patients truly do not end here.

The moment that truly broke me was when the physician told me not to breastfeed my one-month-old baby for at least a month. As a new mother recovering from illness, this caused real emotional trauma. I went to Dr. Shweta with a fear that I will need IVF for getting pregnant, but just in the first consultation she made sure that I have no fear and guided me very well with a plan on how to go about it.
