We both Myself Mr. Narendra G. Dawda and my wife Chanda N. Dawda visited Dr. Shweta Bathija to control our Diabetes and Blood Pressure. We were taking so many tablets like Tribet 2, Janu Met 50/500, Lantus Injection for my wife and even after that Diabetes was not under control. Also we were not filling active. My BP was also around 160 / 100. After visiting Dr. Shweta Bathija, she explained us the procedure as explained by her. We followed her Instruction and we are surprised to see Positive improvement in our health and Sugar fasting came between 90-120 for last so many months. Also our Blood pressure came down to 140/70 to 140/80 only with variation of 5 here and there. We fill energetic and active even at the age of 71 & 73 years Old. Our medicine which we were taking 3 times a day has reduced to 2 Janu met 50/500 and we stopped Tribet 2. Also lantus injection has come down to only 10 Units from 24 units per day once a day. Sometimes we also carry away just food in Party or any Good occasion, we only take 1/2 tablet only for that day extra so that our blood sugar should be maintained as i said above. Now we have become our own doctor how to control but I keep her visiting once a month only to report her our weight reduction and our dailly check of diabetes sugar level at home. Our this daily practice of Checking FS sugar has made us aware of how to control our sugar on daily basis. The checking is very easy and painless and cheaper. That Dr. can guide you. In case our help is required, we are always helpful because we feel we are asset of GOD on earth. Even our legs, back problem is no more. We fill we have become young by atleast 15-20 years younger.
