Shruti Pakrasi is a Counselling Psychologist (MA Counseling Psychology from SNDT University; Pune) and an Organisational Psychologist (MSc Organisational Psychology from The University of London.) Shruti comes 10 years of corporate experience in the field of corporate Learning and Development. (including a 3 year stint at a Tata Group company as part of the Global/ Corporate Learning and Development team). In the clinical domain, Shruti has worked closely with a reputed Kolkata based psychiatrist as a ‘counsellor to his patients’ for a duration of 5 years. Shruti currently works predominantly with the working population on areas such as Life coaching, Relationship issues, Personal effectiveness, Stress management, Performance issues, Career pathing, Individual capability building for professional success, Employee engagement, Parenting dillemas, Workplace issues , Self concept, Psychosomatic /Physical health issues that may have their root causes in emotional blocks etc. Shruti is part of the Mindsight Clinic team.
