I could not have imagined my maiden visit to a dentist, caused due to the aggravation of a cavity on the left side of my jaw, turning out to any more pleasant. A visit to Dr Mittal's is not your average visit to a clinic. The precision in her work, combined with a cheery attitude that includes some great music in her workspace, is what makes the whole process a breeze. Would absolutely recommend those reading this to not hesitate in consulting her over any issue that might be affecting your oral health.

Dr.Shilpa was very understanding and empathetic. She explained all the options available and let me choose the option I am comfortable with rather than deciding for herself.
The entire team is very particular about hygiene which I have normally found missing at other dentists.
Just carry a towel with you for wiping your own mouth / face during the process since they didn't provide anything when I visited. I had to used my own handkerchief.
I was also shown the x-ray on a screen and explained whyat the results of each option could be.

The initial fears of a dental surgery dissapeared meeting Dr. Shilpa. She sets high hygenic standards and is meticulous in her work, all the while speaking to the patient and getting them to relax. She followed up regularly on Whatsapp after the treatment. I could also feel and see her attention to details and zeal to do a quality job. She ensured she checked the quality of her work with xrays after the implants and Xrays. I now feel confident to come from Europe to get my dental work done in India much cheaper, but without compromising on the quality. I faced no troubles or discomfort after the surgery and could start eating normally next day onwards, though am still eating soft food as a precaution to allow the healing go well.
Dr. Shilpa Mittal spends quality time during the consultation and offers multiple treatment options, thoroughly explaining the dental issues and possible solutions. The staff is friendly and the clinic has a comfortable environment, making each visit pleasant.

It's always a treat to meet Dr Mittal. I visit her clinic once in every 6 months. There were not a single instance when I was disappointed or not satisfied with the treatment. She and her assistant are thorough professionasl and experts in their skills.
