The doctor specially was very patient when listening to my complaints during my pregnancy

Doctor was personally present during my delivery. It was only due to the encouragement by the doctor and support by the nursing staff that I was able to deliver normally

One downside I must warn all prospective patients. Staff and nurses are extremely busy looking after patients. So don't expect them to give you much time when you enquire about the hospital on the phone

I delivered at Shakuntala Hospital and had a beautiful experience. The doctors *** ********* *** offer highly ethical treatment. At one stage, I told the doctor to do a caesarean operation during labour pains. But the doctor insisted that I would have a normal delivery which I finally had after 1.5 hours. I delivered a healthy baby boy. I felt very safe here even during the pandemic since they were not accepting new patients. So the risk of contracting the infection from unknown patients was negligible. However, if you are looking for glitzy interiors or a “5-star hospital” rather than down-to-earth treatment, this is not the place for you.

i was having a lot of problems with my caesaren operation wound done at another hospital in bandra. it was infected. i had come to my mothers place in kandivali. many gynecs i approached refused to treat my wound, saying that i should go back to the doctor in Bandra. Dr. Bhatia graciously agreed to treat my wound which healed with a few dressings

Their compassionate behaviour was in stark contrast to the behaviour I had experienced at '5-star Corporate Hospitals' Even Dr.Bhatia was very patient and cooperative. I underwent a laproscopic hysterectomy at Shakuntala Hospital this December, 2015, and was well taken care of throughout my stay at Shakuntala Hospital.

Mine was a high risk pregnancy. I had high blood pressure as well as high sugar levels. Dr. Bhatia was very patient and understanding throughout my pregnancy. During labour too, Dr. Bhatia encouraged me to try for a normal delivery. I delivered a baby girl, by normal delivery in november 2015. Strongly recommended.

Dr. Mrs Bhatia was very down to earth and friendly. she explained to me that this could be treated permanently with medicines and saved me from an unnecessary surgery
