Dr. Shashi Kapoor is a well experienced Ophthalmologist in Mumbai, director at Kapoor Eye Center. Dr. Shashi kapoor has pioneered excimer laser refractive surgery for myopia, in India, in 1991. He performs over 1000 excimer laser procedures a year (Lasik & surface ablation).Dr. Kapoor has started his distinguished career at the LV Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad, where he completed his extensive corneal training. He has pioneered over 30 live surgical workshops across India, and he was among the earliest to use Phacoemulsification for removal of cataracts.
