I was suffering from a bad ear pain and also I was feeling my ears were full and clogged..I went to some other ENT first and my ear pain ,inflammation increased...finally I found this Doctor like a saviour with one sitting started feeling so Good...Thank you Doctor...she explained me exactly what was the problem and treated me for that..

First impression- clinic was very hygienic and nice. The lady at the front desk was very cheerful and welcoming and ever smiling. The examining instruments should be sterilised after every patient and not reused to prevent allergy transfer.

Needs to be lesser time bound and customised as this is a small clinic without hospital restrictions.

Lifestyle and nutrition precautions on ear allergies should be included in consulting.

Visited the doctor for ear blockage and ear infection, she explained the issue and gave minimal medicines and with a week's time my infection was gone.

She keeps records of patients history and uses latest technologies in doing so. Even if you forget/misplace your file, you don’t have to stress. I really liked her creative use of technology to ease paperwork. Appointments are very easy and waiting time is less. Clinic is nice, clean and tidy. 100% recommend it for all ENT and allergies issues. Recommend her treatment for children as well.

Dr Sharika Prabhudesai is a genuinely good hearted doctor who genuinely listens to the patients ailments by giving them a lot of time to speak about the entire ailment history. She throughly understands the patients journey till date, examines each stage of the problem and helps the patient determine what is the next correct step in diagnosis. She is not even one of those doctor's who jumps to conclusions but rather she says what needs to be done for her to examine the situation better as she did in my mother's vertigo treatment. She is also someone who thoroughly enjoys her work and gives it 100 percent even if it's the 3rd, 4th or 5th appointment with her for the same issue. She charges just 1000 Rs for her first appointment and 500 Rs for follow up which is truly remarkable and benevolent for a Doctor of her calibre. We were indeed very fortunate to have her treat my mother's vertigo problem.

The clinic was very clean & hygienic. Dr. Sharika is an excellent professional and explains you everything very nicely. She's also tech savvy which made me feel good. A 10/10 experience.
