Dr. Shalini Suralkar

I came across Dr. Shalin's name when I was searching for Rheumatologist online for my Son as the Doctor referred by Ortho who saw him earlier was not available one full month. I was pretty impressed with her qualifications and experience.

We are extremely satisfied with the whole experience. Dr. Shalini comes across a very solid & focused professional. She spends ample time in investigation and does not rush through. She takes time in detailing her observations and recommendation and does not push anything at all.

My Son is fully recovered and back to his daily routine. We are very happy that we decided to avail of Dr. Shalini's services. All in all, 11/10 experience and strongly recommended.

Dr Shalini had treated my father during his hospitalisation at Hiranandani hospital last year. She was very good and solid in her diagnosis, communication to us (over phone as he was in non contact ward & later in ICU). She patiently explained relevant details to us. My father got discharged after 3 weeks of treatment and he was doing well after that. We are very grateful to her and others doctors of the hospital. We regularly get our parents treated through her at the hospital. Thank you Doctor

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Shalini . Not only was she rude and impatient, but she demonstrated a dismissive attitude towards my concerns. She seemed unwilling to listen to my questions or provide adequate answers. As a patient seeking medical advice and support, I felt unheard and disrespected throughout the appointment.

Due to this negative encounter, I would not recommend her to anyone. Patients deserve compassionate and attentive care, qualities that were sorely lacking in my interaction with her.

Meeting experience with Dr. Shalini was really excellent. She is soft spoken person. What I like the most about her is that she is straight to point. No wasting of time in prescribing n number of medicines. She is really good.

Does not take the effort to understand patient history properly. Has a dismissive attitude towards patients who know their history well and know the details of their condition - that is, educated patients who have had a long history with their condition and therefore know a lot of the details. She didn't bother listening at all, and started from very basic diagnoses!
