His explanations are excellent and he makes sure to repeat instructions clearly. The staff is friendly and well-mannered, and having opticians at the clinic is a blessing. Sometimes the clinic can be noisy due to patients chatting, and the receptionist could better guide patients on which doctor to see. Overall, wait times are short and the care is very satisfying.
