Visited for retina detachment surgery.

I had a retina detachment in my right eye a decade ago and got my surgery done with Dr.sawant sir.during the course of treatment, Dr sawant encouraged me and reassured me about the progress of surgery.slowly i regained my lost vision and it is quite stable now.i have been following with Dr sawant sir over a period of decade.he is an expert retina surgeon.he always remain available directly or indirectly whenever I need hi help regarding my eye health.he is more than adoctor,a friend,an elder brother.

I can't thank enough n express my gratitude to both Dr Sameer sawant and Dr. Priya.. my mother got operated for bilateral cataract.. n throughout the entire process right from initial consultation n d various tests to helping select d right lens till post operative care everything was superb..the entire procudure was properly explained to us step by step.. and at each n every point both were always there to solve all d doubts n guide us in each n every step..

Also d anaesthetist and d other staff working there was so helpful n considerate.( Special thankz to beena sister).

There was critical Retina problem of my Father we just went through reviews over Google and thought of consulting Dr. Sameer Sawant. There was blurry vision of right eye which on initial examination was advised to go through Laser treatment. Upon the first laser treatment in Oct 2020 there was bit improvement of vision. Later on we followed up for second visit in Nov 2020 where second Laser treatment was done to prevent further tear of retina. Sir clearly make us understand that we will avoid surgery and try to resolve it through Laser treatment. But upon our visit on Jan 2021 my father started complaining about blurred vision when we checked there was major damage to Retina. Sir said we have go through surgery on utmost priority and there is no option and also advised if we are interested to carry out that surgery anywhere else and will be available for followup and guidance. 14th Jan 2021 sir with all his hardwork did the surgery and it went on successful. He guided us with all precautions what has to be followed and now i am very happy with all the support and guidance there is improvement in his vision and things are going well. Entire support staff at Samarth Eye Clinic is very polite and co-operative. Thanks to all !!! This is because of you all my Papa is having vision and would recommend if anyone is having major retina issue then he is the one who will help you out with solution

We consulted Dr Sameer Sawant for my mom's diabetic retinopathy problem. We had been to his Vakola clinic for second opinion and decide to take the treatment with him. He made my mom feel extremely comfortable during the entire treatment. The treatment lasted for few months and slowly my mom started feeling better. Her vision is now stable. We are extremely grateful to Dr Sameer Sawant and Staff of Samarth Eye Care Centre , Vakola for their help and cooperation.

I visited today in santacruz clinic...i was regular patient from last 6 years ...dr.sameer and priya mam was awasome.i did two surgery from clinic.

DR.sameer sir ....one thing anoying me... i m very disppinted on visitng charges...previously it was 400 now u chanrged 600/700 for visit.this charges it high it is not affordable to middle class family

Due to.high visiting charges patients was dispointed and discontinoues your service and it is not good.

Doctor had treated me well I had many question in my mind regarding my eye surgery due to which I had fear but when I consult to this doctor he explain me in such a way that I had no fear regarding my surgery an today I had my surgery so well that I m happy AN SUCCESSFUL SURGERY I M HAPPY....!!!

Dr. Sameer explained everything in layman’s language for my understanding of the problem and also was friendly and interactive. Highly recommended for any eye problem
