On1st Feb’18 I was admitted with serious heart condition. Without losing seconds he himself took the call of angioplasty and told my wife not to worry.
My condition was not good and was shifted from Palghar to Nanavati Hospital.

Gave appointment for 2 the earlier day saying, he needs to go to operation theatre at 3.
At 2.15.. 3 resident sitting on visitors chair, tried to take history asking inane questions.
An announcement is made at 3.10 to go meet the doctor, only to find myself made to stand in the corridor, with 2 patients already waiting and one inside.
The getting herded to a claustrophobic seat in some obscure passage 3 feet wide.
On asking the Dr of 22 years experience says he is seeing other patients.
No respect for time or for patient.
Not what you want in a cardiologist.

Although it was a routine checkup, surprisingly, the doctor didn't sign on the prescription. All was filled up by his colleagues. Paying Rs. 2000, you atleast expect the doctor's undivided attention but while seeing my father, he also catered to other patients. ******** ** ******* ** *** *******

first time my appointment was at 1 pm but he came by 2:30
and today my appointment was of 2:10 but number came by 3:20
very disappointed by the service
