First of all its been three years to the completion of am I hungry, mindful eating workshop with doc Roshani. It was a beautiful journey and I am a very happy mindful Eater most of the times. I have learnt best of the techniques like scanning mind body heart, balance variety moderation, pausing for few seconds, forgive yourself for the mindless eating episodes -learn and move on, find out your exercise personality and lots more!

Let me share few recent experiences.

So ydy I had been out for a social Dinner and one of the friend (host) insisted alot to eat more and more since she was feeling awkward to continue eating as i stopped very quickly. I told her I eat this much only but still she served in my plate. And I actually ended up eating. I think I was not prepared how to handle the situation as it happened after a long time. However I have now quickly revised mindful eating and now decided to lovingly stop a friend for next time and feeling powerful to handle something like this.

Secondly, today, I was in the midst of searching one very important thing and was not able to find. Meanwhile fried chevda box came into my hand (actually it was like that dabba came walking to me) and I started eating mindlessly as I was very anxious for that missing thing. However, thanks to mindful eating practice, which is like my habit now, I realised after few bites that I am eating for no reason. This is not gonna help me reduce my anxiety!

I was recommended to undergo Bariatric Surgery in August'22 because of obesity related health problems such as high BP, Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Fatty liver and Fatigue. Taking up Dr. Roshani's weightloss and insulin resistance reversal program came highly recommended from a doctor. I was ready to do anything to avoid surgery.

From the very first communication via email, it was clear that this was an action oriented programme unlike other spoonfed ones. The intention at Reisaan is to empower everyone enough to take charge of one's lifestyle in an informed and balanced way rather than depend on diet plans that have an expiration date.

The course that preceded the programme is an all encompassing gospel that leaves you with total understanding of what your body mind and soul need to consistently have great health and no unanswered questions.

There are no diet plans but you're taught to listen to your body to choose what it needs.

The programme isn't a race or a crash course, but a deep dive into fixing age old beliefs, our relationship with food, with our body and mind. It sounds philosophical but it isn't!

I learnt about cravings, why they happen, how to control them and also how it is okay to give in to them with awareness! I learnt to fast from 16 to 24, then 36, 72 and finally 120 hours! Not out of sheer will power but preparation, correct nutrition on eating days and precautions on fasting days!

In three months I was never asked about how much weight I lost. Rather I saw for myself that my pain reduced, overall swelling reduced, blood reports show improvement in liver health, cardiac health, pre-diabetes has been reversed, inflammation has reduced and this is only the beginning. Unlike diet plans that end, I've learnt to take charge and create a sustainable lifestyle!

It is December'22, I began this year low and disheartened but thanks to Dr. Roshani and team, I'm ending it on a high!

Doc I went through aaaallll the modules all over again.. made notes also.. detailed ones 😅.. when I had gone through the initial ones earlier I found them to be revolutionary n wasn’t sure how will it happen but trusted on you n your experience.. n now when I went through them again I found n realised how step by step you hv made me experience all of it.. n brought about the change.. there is a great awareness that you hv brought about in me in terms of my lifestyle choices.. the relationship with mirror n weighing scale n comparing with 9th grade mark sheet n 10th grade performance.. concept of insulin release with every intake n delay in leptin response..y diet plans can’t be a long term solution.. importance of how you talk to yourself n not to be too harsh on oneself..eating if hungry n not coz you will be busy later or since it is time.. sugar being as addictive as doing drugs…. N many many more…

Towards the end when I went through the atomic habits concept of what you think of yourself as an identity n how u talk to yourself decides how effectively you can change a habit .. was specially moved by you sharing your experience of how you chose to learn swimming for being a positive role model for your kids..could completely relate..

Thank you so so much for coming to my life n bringing about this change .. I might hv lost 15 kgs in this process n will hv another similar path to travel to loose another 15..but this was the first ever time I could see success in my efforts of loosing weight.. first ever..

I actually felt like you both holding my hand made me walk through this n made it happen..

Now a deep sad feeling has set in that you would go away from my life n I will never hv someone again .. not feeling good about it at all.. wish to hv atleast one more level up project so that you can be with me n guide me

As someone who has been ill for the last decade, any kind of relief from pain is the difference between a day full of hope or despair.

I have struggled with crohn's disease, inflammatory bowel disease, IBS for longer than I can remember. As part of the treatment for these, I have been prescribed more medicines and have had more hospital trips than I care to remember. Part of me refused to accept that I was ill, while the other part of me accepted that this would be my life. Pain, medicines, suffering. Doctors (and I know they are trying their best) prescribed variations of different medications, guessing and checking to see which would improve my condition. Though I know many others have it much worse than I do, the quality of my life and my ability to live my life started deteriorating. I felt like a passive spectator to the lives of others as I watched everyone I knew move forward in life. I have tried every form of treatment under the sun - allopathy, homeopathy, ayurveda, yoga - and pretty much anything else that anyone ever recommended, I tried.

When I finally came across Aasaan Health Solutions, I had been researching the benefits of low-carb or no carb diets/fasting on autoimmune disorders. I even tried intermittent fasting on my own but could not see any benefits (as I had no idea what I was doing or what I was doing wrong). So, I assumed it was something that could help others but maybe was not helpful to me. After years of pain, hitting the same proverbial wall again and again, I gave Aasaan Health a shot. I took a leap of faith, just like Dr Roshani and Dr Trishala told me to, everything that had happened to me was in the past and now I would get better. I cannot emphasise enough how surprised I am to have seen actual improvement! i have never come across more supportive and encouraging doctors, who have done more for me than I can write in this tiny review. But, to anyone who is suffering and is out of options on what to try to feel even a little less pain, you are not alone, you can try to talk to the doctors at Aasaan health and try to make your life more bearable, and who knows, maybe one day it won't just be bearable, it'll be amazing! Though I am just getting started on my journey at Aasaan Health, I am more than hopeful that things will only go up from here (of course, nothing comes without hard work and obstacles). Nevertheless, I have reason to hope again! If anyone reading this feels like giving up, like I was, don't give up without trying to reach out to the docs at Aasaan Health!

Her office didn't connect me to the doctor directly, and she continued to give random, off-hand replies through her assistant. *** ***** ** **** ************** ** * ***** *** *** **** *** ******** ***** she offers only overpriced, 3-month programs.

For whoever is interested, I'm giving details of my history with her, ** ****** ********** **** ***** ** **** ** ***** ** *** ****** ** ********

1) She seems to have suddenly stopped one-on-one consultations, without having informed her existing patients, or showing any consideration for an ongoing prescription. She should have had the courtesy to tell me this when she signed me on as a new patient late last year.

** *** ******* ****** ***** ***** *** ******* ******* *** *********** In Dec 2019, she prescribed 450 mcg/week of Thyroxin (to be reduced gradually to 350 mcg/week), when my TSH was 0.04. In Feb 2020, when my TSH rose to 2.68, she advised to continue the same dosage. And when I contacted her now with my TSH having shot up to 7.08, her response was 'anything below 10 does not need medication'.

3) She did not take the time to consult my previous records / her previous prescriptions. Only when I pushed her to review those, did she take a look and then ask me to take 400 mcg/week ** **** **** **** *** *** ********** *********

4) No questions asked about symptoms, changes in health conditions, or diet or weight changes.

Hello, I am diabetic for the last 15 years and was on insulin for almost 7 years. After joining Dr Roshani’s de prescription program, within few days my insulin stopped completely. And in 3 months my hba1c came down to 6.5 from 7.9, that too without insulin. She explained the exact problem with my diabetes and also explained how taking daily insulin is not the answer as my diabetes treatment . We started working together with her efficient team. She coached me how my diabetes is reversible with correction in my diet and exercise. She empowered me take correct food choices (through her powerful videos specially designed for the patients) which will reverse my diabetes. And I think this makes Reisaan health different from others. My skin annd hair health got better, energy levels improved along with improvement in sugar levels. My experience with Dr Roshani and Dr Trishala has been truly life-changing. With the analogy of the 4 wheels of the car (Nutrition, Sleep, Exercise, Stress), they have helped me embark on my PCOS reversal journey.

Through the course of the programme, I have been able to change my outlook towards life- from earlier seeing it as something that we have no control over, that we're a victim of or that happens to us to NOW seeing it as something that we consciously make for ourselves. In the car of life, we're in the driving seat, steering it in the direction that we choose.

What I admire the most about Dr Roshani and Dr Trishala's approach is their positive growth mindset and support, they taught me how to talk to myself encouragingly and not harshly. They didn't ask me to change my identity (I like to think of myself as a foodie) rather how to work around it. My most favourite part is that all this is totally sustainable for all times to come!

By the end of my 6 months at Aasaan Health solutions, I am now off all medication, my reports are all normal, my stamina has improved, my weight has decreased and all in all, I'm fitter. They have helped me get a cleaner healthier lifestyle, not through anything complicated or difficult to follow, rather doing it the 'Aasaan' way!

Dr. Roshani changed my life. I have been battling PCOS (poly cystic ovary disease) for over 10 years and I have met with many many doctors. Doctors usually prescribe medication without proper explanation and reasoning. Dr. Roshani explained the problem to me in detail and gave me practical suggestions. She asked me to change my diet, my exercise routine, she gave me reasons why and how I can do it. She put me on medication until I can implement these changes. She is very motivating. Having completed the 8-week Mindful Eating Workshop with Dr. Roshani Sanghani, one feels a sense of liberation! From being constantly on diet-control, deprivation, restrictions to being in-charge of one's own mind, body, heart and spirit.

This is a wholesome program - it deals not only with eating habits, nutrition and exercise, but also with the right attitude required to make a lifestyle change in a positive way.

I enrolled with the goal of "weight-loss" but the program has delivered lot more to me. I have been able to overcome time-bound eating due to fear of acidity, I am experiencing a positive change in my roles and relationships with my husband and children - which I realised was all a function of the negative restrictions that the diets imposed on me.

Dr. Roshani has led us through the program in a very friendly and informal manner, including her own stories, learnings from Vedanta and building up around our real life incidents and experiences. I highly recommend this program to each one who is looking for a better quality life.

Dr. Roshani is the most energetic and kind person I have met in my life. I was having hypo thyrodism after pregnancy. This let to weight gain, stress, hormonal imbalance leading to constipation, headaches and depression.

Dr. Roshani believes in holistic treatment approach in which they encouraged me to make life style changes in food, exercise, fasting, thoughts and expectations to better manage my stress. Within 3 mnths I saw a drastic change in my tsh levels that too without powerful meds.

Infact my tsh levels were normal after a month and I am not taking meds on Saturday and Sunday now. The goal is to completely get off these meds which other doctors said was impossible.

Dr Roshani has really brought Roshani in my life. I feel great, have lost weight, no stress, better relations and overall wellbeing.

She provides a bundled package of 3-6 months which may seem expensive at first. Her treatment ways are very unconventional, where reliance is more on lifestyle changes than prescribing meds. But in the end it is all worth it.
