Dr. Rati Chadha gave detailed information, made me feel completely comfortable, and was very professional. The team worked superbly together, and the staff was friendly and cooperative. The clinic was clean, well-maintained, and had a home-like atmosphere.

Dr. Rati Chadha is a good, cooperative, and helpful doctor. She explained about the missing equipment and promised to arrange it from another branch. I appreciated her attitude and support during my visit. This was my first dental treatment, and I found that long procedures might be costly for some people.

Right from the welcome and treatment plan & explanation of options Dr Rathi and Dr Sabha were precise.

They have state of the art technology which makes dentistry feel so easy these days (seamless and painless).

Dr Sabha was excellent as an endodontist attending to my root canals excellently.

Dr Rathi is an exceptional expert overall supervising and following up on the treatment plan - specialising in extractions and doing my crown work (so perfect which actually which feel great they feel like my normal teeth). She is is a dedicated perfectionist and ensures that everything is done with the labs to her highest satisfaction..

Dr Lydia was excellent on tooth polishing and whitening providing extra comfort and care in the process - so caring and gentle and precise.

They are a team that cares 100%. Their daily care and follow is so comforting.

The Doctors carefully study the 3D X-rays and try to save natural teeth as much as possible which I appreciate.

The treatment plan is focused on what is absolutely necessary and preventative, and provide suggestions for a follow up in 7-8 months.

The support staff are so wonderful (Swetha, Ananya, Sanjana, Megha). As a foreigner I will only be becoming back to Dent Heal on an annual basis or sooner.

PS: I also had an extraction but I did not have the option to choose above.

Wonderful experience with Dr Rati. I used to be scared of visiting the dentist but she has put me at ease and made the entire treatment very comfortable.

I came to her with infections in multiple teeth and the problem had escalated quite a lot. I had to get root canal done for 3 of my rotten teeth and I had imagined it to be harrowing but instead, she made it a very comfortable experience.

But Dr. Rati took all efforts to match the color, shade, contours, and texture so that it will blend in with my natural teeth. She will do everything at its best to give 100% result. I visited Dent Heal for a full mouth rehabilitation.

I was scared about the root canal but Dr. Rati Chadha and Dr. Viraj explained me the whole procedure in great detail and made me feel completely comfortable about the procedure.

During the procedure they took all aspects of hygiene ,safety, precision and quality into consideration without compromising on any aspect.

My procedure was completed in record time of 3 weeks with a lot of pre and post procedure patient interaction that helped me greatly to get over my fears.
