​I recently underwent bypass surgery at the Asian Heart Institute under the care of Dr. Ramakant Panda and his surgical team. Writing this post-discharge, I want to place on record my sincere appreciation for what was an exceptional, world-class standard of medical care and administrative efficiency.

​Reaching out from Goa, the coordination was remarkably swift; within 24 hours of our initial inquiry, we had an in-person consultation with Dr. Panda. His clinical assessment was immediate, lucid, and decisive. He laid out the rationale for the bypass surgery clearly, addressed all concerns with total transparency, and prioritized a treatment roadmap focused entirely on my recovery.

Dr. Panda accepted my father’s surgical case on short notice after his heart attack and triage at another hospital in Mumbai. We were also not confident about the broader support team. I am truly grateful to the doctor for successfully performing my cousin bypass surgery. The doctor was highly professional, compassionate, and reassuring throughout the entire process. My mother got her CABG done by Dr Ramakanta Panda on 27tg Aug, 2026. I was and am still scared of her health, but doctors here and the entire team has been very supportive and caring. My life was endanger, my arteries were blocked, when i asked my physician at akola he advice me to approache doctor Ramakant panda of asian heart institute mumbai, i could get fast appointment and the surgery needed was explained to me by dr panda himself.
