I use to do body massage every month at my home. And even tried some at other ayrvedic clinics but here at Sahastram I felt extremely relaxed. The lady (Swati) was an expert of acupressure points and was giving massage according to the points and pressure was accurate, which was the most relaxing part. Then the second part of massage was full body steam. I felt so light and found that the body ace was vanished like miracle. I thank Swati for her efforts.
