I am writing this story very late, now my son is more than 2 years. But I am writing this because Dr Radhika's kind words and gentle treatment has been etched in my memory which I can never forget. I have got my son because of doctor's sincere efforts and believe in me. I had multiple issues but doctor always assured me from the start that she is with me and will do her best but that the same time she was very honest and blunt as well. I knew the chances of success for my case from the beginning but I continued with a ray of hope in my heart.This helped me understand my situation and keep my hopes in a practical check if not emotional check. Infertility treatment can be taxing emotionally, physically and also financially which she understood and was very compassionate at all stages. My husband and myself were introduced to Dr Radhika through my obstetrician about 3 years back and that I can easily say must have been one of the luckiest day of our lives. We were bowled over by her professionalism, confidence, her clarity of thought and her speed of work on the first meeting itself.

Since that day she has been the rock steady pillar in our journey towards realising our dream of being parents. She amazed me at different levels every time and still continues to do so. As a sound clinician and super competent fertility specialist on one level and a super manager ( I still do not know how she remembers patient and procedure details like the back of her hand and she has A LOT of patients) and a great human being on a another level. I may have been one of her most annoying and chatty ( on whats app) patients but she was always there for me at all times and almost all waking hours. Her accessibility to all her patients is what I find amazing, highly commendable and a rarity in today’s day and time.

Her confidence , clarity and level of calmness as a doctor is amazing. Soft skills among doctors are not really great but she is an aberration. We have had sessions where we have laughed and joked alike on mundane things and some meetings when she has had to be the strict doctor for a very anxious me. Her patient handling skills are excellent and given most patients take her on a emotional roller coaster she is unnaturally calm and in control at all times which is a feat in itself.

Its difficult to encapsulate all my thoughts in this platform but to conclude - Dr Radhika has been instrumental in making a dream come true for me and my husband which we had almost given up hope on. For that she will always hold a special position in our lives and my heart. Normally one doesn’t really like visiting doctors but I used to look forward to meeting her and every meeting almost always left me with the feeling that it’s all good and all is not lost. She has been able to see me through to a stage where I now do not have to see her as often and I miss my meetings and time with her. Thank you Ma’am for everything. Dr Radhika is a brilliant and very professional doctor. I was able to conceive in my first IVF attempt. She guided us patiently through the entire journey, explaining all our options at each step, answering the silliest of doubts and what surprised me was how much she remembered about my treatment history even without referring her notes.

Even in times of panic and some minor emergencies she was always reachable.
